Girls With Gems is an Australian high-end women's fashion boutique founded in 2012 by mother-and-daughter duo Lefka and Lia Georgantis, starting as intimate jewellery parties at home in Double Bay, Sydney. In 2019, Lefka pursued a luxury hotel venture in Greece, and Lia took over, rebuilding the business amid challenges like losing suppliers during COVID through relentless social media posting and launching a private label, Sneaky Link, now driving half the revenue. The boutique offers carefully curated collections from local and international designers, with renowned personal styling services that make customers feel like 'one of the girls.'
